We encourage you to stay active in the off-season and set your goals for 2022!  Many of our community partners are offering virtual and/or in-person fitness programs…for more information check out Gaylord Sports Association and Leap of Faith Adaptive Skiers. Additionally, individualized online coaching is available with Chaz Koch of Run-U.  Please email president@achillesct.org if interested.
